Moreland House is the brand new flagship of Abbey Total Care Group. Opened in late 2014, Moreland House is an elegant building with striking interiors and leads the way in care home provision.

The purpose-designed home has state-of-the-art and highly innovative nursing facilities, security, catering, heating, laundry and specialist hydraulic and hydrotherapy baths. The heating system won the 2014 prize for commercial air source installation of the year at the National Heat Pump Awards.

The interiors of Moreland House have been beautifully decorated and furnished to give a warm and comfortable feel. Great attention has been paid to detail to ensure the best possible lifestyle.

The 50 residents' rooms are spacious, airy and bright with the latest in en-suite bathrooms. Lifts ensure easy access to all floors. The landscaped gardens further enhance Moreland House's caring image.

Residents are given choices about the way their care is provided. They are encouraged to express their preferences which are always respected.

Relatives and friends are welcome to visit at any time of the day. The home is located close to 'The Drill' roundabout, with easy connections to the A12, A127 and M25, local bus routes to Romford and Hornchurch, and is only a short walk from Gidea Park station.

Long or short stay residents are welcome.
